Tailscale is really great, part 28
I was trying to have a slightly weird SFTP client upload some files via Tailscale SSH, and it was failing,
wanting an SSH key or a password that tailscale would accept, but all I really wanted was for it
to do nothing and just let tailscale handle auth. While trying to figure out if I could get tailscale ssh to accept keys, I found the devs were once again way ahead of me; you can just tell SSH clients to use these creds:
username: ubuntu+password
password: [any]
i.e., append a literal +password to the username (here, ubuntu), and just
provide any non-empty string as a password to satisfy its sense of duty. Voila.
