diffing feeds

As part of my commitment to over-engineering a blog no-one reads, I wanted to make sure that porting to Zola didn't make my RSS or Atom feeds get a lot of churn and pop up in anyone's (ie my) feed-reader unnecessarily. So, that of course meant writing some crap Go code.
